Government communication Evidence submitted to the Lords Communications Committee by William Horsley
London, 6 October 2008 Members will recall that our chairman, William Horsley, was invited by the Lords Communications Committee to submit evidence on the implementation of the 2004 Phillis Review on Government Communications.	His evidence, sent in on 15 September, has now been posted on the written evidence page of the Committee's website.
