Benefits of AEJ membership

Journalists, writers and specialists in European affairs can join the Association of European Journalists for an annual fee of £30. The AEJ supports press freedom and impartial fact-based reporting and commentary that is free of party-political, religious, commercial or other bias.

Those attending our lunchtime briefings have the chance to put questions about the big issues of the day to our guests, who include politicians, diplomats, senior officials and experts from Britain and across Europe. For a list of our guests, please check our Past Events and News pages.

Membership of the AEJ is not a condition of access to the briefings or other meetings. By joining you express your support for our aims and enjoy the benefits of the AEJ network. We therefore hope that you will join after attending a few briefings.

To apply for membership please use the application form* or contact a member of our executive.

* The application form is in pdf format. If clicking on the link does not generate the document, you may need to download the Reader from Adobe on to your computer. It is free of charge.
